For couples who have carefully planned their wedding and want an experienced team to oversee the details, flow, and logistics of the day.

Our Day-of Management package is designed to give you peace of mind so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding, knowing that every moving piece is being handled with care.

This package includes:

• Unlimited consultations during the month of your wedding

• Timeline creation, if needed

• Vendor and logistics management beginning one hour before the ceremony and continuing until the dance begins

• One dedicated assistant coordinator

• Seamless coordination of the ceremony, reception, and guest experience

Day-of Management Details

Morning Preparations

We will arrive on-site and oversee vendors as they begin their scheduled setup. Please note that physical setup is not included in this package.

Our 10-hour service begins upon arrival and includes overseeing the setup of the ceremony and reception areas to ensure all planned details align with your wedding vision.

Wedding Party Management

We will ensure the wedding party knows where to be and when throughout the day. We will also distribute personal flowers, including bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, to the wedding party and key family members as needed.

Ceremony Coordination

We will coordinate the ceremony processional and recessional, including timing, cues, last-minute changes, and any unexpected issues that may arise.

We will also ensure ceremony items such as aisle runners, candles, and unity ceremony elements are properly placed, and confirm that ushers or groomsmen are ready to escort guests and distribute programs if needed.

Ceremony Execution

We will coordinate with the officiant, musicians, and/or DJ to confirm cues and timing.

We will organize the processional lineup, ensure everyone knows their cues, and oversee the ceremony so it runs smoothly while handling any unexpected issues discreetly.

Reception Management

We will verify that tables and chairs are arranged according to the floor plan and that linens and décor elements are placed as planned.

We will also assist with venue flips, vendor meals, vendor breaks, and key reception logistics to help ensure a seamless transition from ceremony to reception.

Guest Experience

We will assist guests with finding their seats, answer questions, and help address any special needs or requests promptly and thoughtfully.

Our service concludes once the dance begins.

Full Wedding Planning with Livi Waller Events

This package is designed for couples who want the big picture and the minute details thoughtfully taken care of. It includes your aspirations, your essentials, and a little room left over for those unforeseen moments of serendipity.

We’ll plan the bones and the soul of your wedding: the atmosphere, style, budget, timeline, logistics, and every important detail of the day itself. From start to finish, Livi Waller Events will be by your side every step of the way.

Month-of Management / Partial Planning

For couples who have planned most details but want professional expertise to finalize everything and execute with precision:

• Initial complimentary consultation

• Unlimited meetings in person, calls and or zoom meetings

• Vendor contract review and confirmations

• Wedding day timeline creation and distribution

• Full day-of management (10–12 hours on site)

• Rehearsal coordination included

Venue final walk-through and confirmations

Access to email and phone for questions and follow up

We become the point of contact for all your vendors and suppliers

Confirmation of contract details, including; time of arrival, balance of fees, special requirements and number of workers, etc.

Detailed timeline that is created and then distributed to the appropriate parties

Coordination of wedding rehearsal

Coordination of ceremony and reception: this includes you wedding coordinators on site for up to 12 hours, set up of ceremony decor and reception decor, escorting guests, collection of gifts and money box.

Arrival and Setup:

Arrive at the venue to establish a command center, 10-12 hour service starts.

Vendor Coordination:

Confirm all vendor arrival times and ensure they adhere to the schedule.

Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception areas, ensuring all details align with the couple’s vision.

Wedding Party Management:

Ensure the wedding party knows when and where to be throughout the day.

Distribute personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages) to the wedding party.

Ceremony Coordination | Setup:

Set up personal items such as toasting glasses, cake knives, favors, place cards, table numbers, signage, and any other small decor items. Grand entrance, speeches

Timeline Adherence:

Coordinate the grand entrance, speeches, dances, cake cutting, and other key events, ensuring they occur on schedule.

Manage the timing of meal service in collaboration with the catering team.

Guest Experience:

Assist guests with finding their seats and answer any questions they may have.

Ensure that any special needs or requests from guests are addressed promptly.

Take down event conclusion: Usually once late snack is served and party has started.

Vendor Coordination (Note: Setup not included in this package)

Coordinate the couple’s send-off, ensuring all elements (sparklers, confetti, etc.) are ready and guests are informed of their roles.

Vendor Coordination

Post-Event Tasks: Ensure all personal items and gifts are safely packed and delivered to the designated location.

Conduct a final walkthrough of the venue to ensure nothing is left behind and that the venue is left in good condition.

Custom Wedding Planning

For couples who know what they need, what they don’t, and where a little extra support would make all the difference. Our Custom Wedding Planning package is designed around you. Whether you need guidance with vendor sourcing, timeline creation, design direction, budgeting, logistics, or a little bit of everything, we’ll create a planning package that fits your lifestyle, priorities, and vision.

You’ll remain in the lead on the planning and design, while Livi Waller Events works alongside you as your trusted support system.

Décor & Styling Add-Ons

To elevate your wedding day with thoughtful details, we offer:

• Day-of Management (Do you require a planner just for the day to make sure your day runs smoothly)
