1. Full-Service Wedding Planning

For couples who want a flawless, stress-free journey from the very beginning:

• Venue selection, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations

• Complete budget management

• Concept and design development to reflect your unique vision

• Comprehensive timeline creation and management

• On-site coordination to ensure everything runs seamlessly

Your investment begins at $7,500.00

2. Month-of Management / Partial Planning

For couples who have planned most details but want professional expertise to finalize everything and execute with precision:

• Initial complimentary consultation

• In-depth 4-hour meeting 6–8 weeks before your wedding to review all details

• Vendor contract review and confirmations

• Wedding day timeline creation and distribution

• Full day-of management (10–12 hours on site)

• Rehearsal coordination included

3. Day-of Coordination

For couples who have carefully planned their wedding and want an expert team to oversee the day:

• Unlimited consultations during the month of your wedding

• Timeline creation if needed

• Management of all vendors and logistics from one hour before the ceremony until after dinner

• Dedicated assistant coordinator included

• Seamless coordination of ceremony, reception, and guest experience

4. Décor & Styling Add-Ons

To elevate your wedding day with thoughtful details, we offer:

• Day-of Management (Do you require a planner just for the day to make sure your day runs smoothly)
  Perfect for venues that require a certified wedding planner, but where you don’t need additional planning support.
  We step in on your wedding day to oversee every detail so you can be fully present and stress-free.

  Investment: 8 hours – $850.00

• Ceremony & Reception Setup: $350.00

• Rehearsal Coordination: $250.00

• Event Take Down: $500.00

• Additional Hours: $70.00/hour
