  • “Livi was our day-of coordinator and we are grateful for her calm and professional presence. She made the entire day run so smoothly we were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control. Livi’s communication leading up to the wedding was clear and reassuring, and on the day itself, she and her assistant Renatta were absolutely amazing. Renatta brought such a positive energy and had an incredible eye for detail when setting up our tables and other installments. They stayed upbeat and attentive right through to the end of the night. Big thanks to Livi and her team. We can’t thank them enough!

  • Livi Waller Events did day-of organization and decorating for my wedding and I could not be more grateful for the service, professionalism and support I received. Renatta went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and her expertise and experience contributed immensely to the class of our event. The communication and dedication of this team is truly outstanding. So many vendors and guests commented on Renatta’s skill and elegance. Thank you for everything!!

  • Amazing! Livi was amazing from start to finish. She was on top of everything including all the vendors, the set up, the rehearsal and even making sure my veil didn’t drag over any dirt or rocks. She was organized and knew where everything was and where to send everyone. We truly could not have done our wedding without Livi. Thank you so much!! Our wedding was everything we could’ve ever dreamed of and more.

  • Livi was the wedding coordinator at Summerhill winery for our wedding in 2022. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Livi amongst other summerhill staff were very professional and attentive. They even went the extra mile and opened a prohibited outdoor area for us to be able to offer Cuban cigars to our guests in the evening. I did not hire a wedding planner and yet the entire day still went very smooth and without hiccups. Livi made me feel very confident that everything was in order and organized for our day. I would highly recommend her for your special day!
