Further to our conversation of November 2025, during which we discussed your upcoming wedding, and my involvement in planning and organizing it; it is my understanding that if I am to be retained by you it will commence upon the signing of this contract and end at the conclusion of the wedding reception.
Duties We have further agreed that my duties can include:
• Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding
• Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors
• Reviewing all vendor contracts*, if desired *Livi Waller Events Limited does not dispense legal advice; if legal advice is needed, please contact a lawyer
• Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding
• Attending vendor appointments, if desired
• Full development of the wedding theme you have chosen
• Recommendations with regards to the theme shall include site décor, food, attire, favours, centerpieces, and wedding stationery.
• Attending vendor appointments, if desired
• Supervision of wedding rehearsal
• Handling follow-ups with all vendors
• Attending appointment with clergy (in discussing actual ceremony), if desired
• Supervision of wedding rehearsal
• On site direction of wedding ceremony
• Supervision of ceremony set up
• Supervision of reception set up
• On site direction of wedding ceremony
• An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost
• Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony
• On site direction of wedding reception, until close of evening
• An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost
Each vendor or venue is suggested solely based on their merit. Livi Waller Events limited nor myself take kickbacks or finder's fees from venues or vendors. You will only be shown venues that fit with your style, theme and budget, likewise with vendors. This contract includes visits to six different venues and three different vendors per category. It does not limit the number of visits to the secured venue and/or vendors. If you would like me to be in attendance, I must make all appointments, so as to ensure the availability of all parties involved.
I further understand that my role where vendors are concerned, is to be that of advisor, and that it shall be you, who makes all final decisions on the choice of vendors. I will implement your selections.
As compensation for my services, you will pay me investment starting at $8,000 USD plus GST with payments to be made as follows: $8,400.00 (Happy to explain all details)

• In order to properly perform my responsibilities, I will require three or 4 meals (for me and my 2 assistants) at the reception, so I can assure the quality of food and service, as per your contract with the venue. This will also allow me to stay on top of all details throughout the reception.
$1500.00 will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding as well as the travel expenses.
$75 will be levied.
A set of post-dated cheques or e-transfers to liviwaller@yahoo.ca are required, so as to ensure timely payment. In the event that any payments should fail to be made within 7 calendar days following the due date, this agreement shall be rendered null and void, and I will provide no further work or services for your wedding. In the event that your bank due to non-sufficient funds returns a cheque, a charge of

Event Rescheduling/Postponement
If you choose to reschedule or postpone your event date, once confirmed, proper written notice must be provided to me, by email, stating your intention to reschedule the Event Date and if known, identify the new date for the Event (“Rescheduled Event Date”). You understand that any expenses including, but not limited to the Planner/Coordinator, Vendor, or other third-party deposits, retainers, initial payments and fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferable are your sole responsibility (the Clients).
You further understand that I cannot guarantee my personal availability to perform the Services agreed upon on the Rescheduled Event Date. If I am available to perform the Services for the Rescheduled Event Date, you the client may incur additional fees for Services due to the event rescheduling. At my discretion, we may either enter into a separate written agreement or modify this Agreement to reflect the Rescheduled Event Date and any additional fees. If I am not available to perform the Services agreed upon for the Rescheduled Event Date, then it will be deemed a Termination by Client(s) as outlined below.
On the Wedding Day
Your planner assistant will arrive at the venue site for setup that way I can make sure everything is running on time and as scheduled. I am also there to help set out items that you have for your ceremony, such as wedding programs, pew markers, make sure all flowers or candles have been delivered, band or DJ is present and are in the correct place, unity candles are ready, pen is at the Registry table, etc. Please note that we do not offer drapery, setup or removal of large items, your vendors will need to provide setup and take down in large arches, lights and anything that is more than 50 pounds.
I will make sure all attendants are as they should be, pin on any boutonnières, give the couple a once-over and make sure that they are aisle ready. We are usually the ones to close the doors after the wedding party and open them as the couple is leaving. I will make sure all pews bows and arrangements are taken down and nothing is left at the ceremony site.
At the Reception
I will ensure that the Wedding Party is entrance-ready, give the couple warnings before it is time to do the cake-cutting, first dance, bouquet toss, etc. If anything is running late or early, I will adjust our Wedding Timeline as needed and advise all necessary parties of the changes (DJ, Band, Kitchen, Wedding Party, etc.).
This is just some of what I will do. I will be on hand to avert or deal with anything that may arise so that you can sit back and enjoy everything you have planned!
By signing this agreement, you empower me to use my professional judgment when acting regarding changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes. I will not make any decisions regarding your wedding if there is a matter of spending more money or any significant changes to the wedding plan.
Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to inform all vendors, immediate family, the wedding party and anyone with a role in the wedding, that I will be the wedding coordinator on the wedding day, I am the sole contact for all matters related to the wedding and that I have your full authority to make any decisions on your behalf on the wedding day.
It is your responsibility to provide me with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the wedding ceremony/reception no later than 30 days prior to the wedding.
It is also your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. I shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected service providers. (All included)

Force Majeure
Livi Waller Events Co. shall not be liable for any failure of, or delay, in the performance of this Agreement if such failure or delay is the result of causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to any acts of God or Superior Force,(including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster): war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), riot, civil strife, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalization; act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, order, regulation or decree; strike, lockout, or other labor disturbance; pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, outbreak of communicable disease; or food poisoning, over consumption of alcohol in any kind of reaction, falls, lot breakings, stolen items or other services not mentioned or agreed upon this contract any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of the party affected, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing.
Upon occurrence of any force majeure event, the party relying upon this provision shall give notice, as soon as reasonably possible, to the other party of its inability to perform or a delay in performing their obligations.
Cancellation Policy
As the contracted company, Livi Waller Events Limited. reserves the right to select a replacement best suited to perform and uphold the professional level of services for your event.
You may cancel this contract at any time, for any reason, provided 5 days written notice is given. If I cancel this contract, I will complete all work until the next payment is due. There shall be no refund of payments made prior to the date of cancellation. You will be a client of Livi Waller Events Limited.
If, for unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to complete work on this wedding for reasons other than a personality dispute, one of my assistants and/or colleague of equal or similar professional experience will be provided to execute and manage the Event listed herein.
As the contracted company, Livi Waller Events Limited. reserves the right to select a replacement best suited to perform and uphold the professional level of services for your event.
Use of Images Policy
By signing this document, you give me the right to use images from your wedding in our personal portfolio, as well as on Livi Waller Events Limited. website, and related social media only. Livi Waller Events Limited. nor I will use any images obtained at your wedding for advertisement campaigns, unless further written approval is obtained from you.
Dispute Resolution
Livi Waller Events Limited. cannot guarantee that your day will be perfect and is not responsible for anything beyond our control. What we can guarantee is that we will do our absolute best to ensure all problems are dealt with in the quickest, most inconspicuous way possible.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State/Province of BC and any disputes arising from it must be handled exclusively in the federal and/or state/provincial courts located in City of Lake Country.
To be legally binding, both parties must initial any changes to this contract.
