Confidentiality:
All payment information is kept confidential and will only be used for the specified transactions. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.Authorization:
This form authorizes Livi Waller, representing Sandhill Winery to charge the specified amount to the client’s credit card. This authorization may be kept on file for future payments if the client consents.Cancellation Policy:
The cardholder may cancel the authorization in writing before the charge is processed. If a charge has been made, refer to the refund policy below.Refund Policy:
Refunds for services rendered are subject to Sandhill Winery's refund policy. Please contact us for more information. Any disputes must be addressed within 30 days of the charge.Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes, the cardholder must notify Livi Waller, representing Sandhill Winery within 30 days. After this period, no dispute requests will be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances.

Authorization Details
I, authorize Livi Waller, representing Sandhill Winery, to charge the amounts provided in the contract and previously arranged, to the credit card provided above for the services rendered. I understand and agree that this authorization will be used for the purpose of securing my payment for the service provided.
Credit Card Processing Policies

All credit card information is securely processed in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Your payment information is kept confidential and is only used for the specific purpose of processing payments for services.Retention of Information:
The credit card details may be retained on file for future transactions if approved by the client. The information will be securely stored in accordance with data protection regulations.Processing Timeframe:
Payments will be processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any issues with the card information provided, the client will be notified immediately.Chargebacks and Disputes:
In case of a chargeback or dispute, the client is required to contact Livi Waller, representing Sandhill Winerydirectly before escalating the issue with the bank or credit card company. We will do our best to resolve the issue swiftly and fairly.Automatic Recurring Payments (Optional):
If the client agrees, recurring payments may be set up for services that require continuous billing. The client will be notified before any automatic charges.
